Tappas v3.27.0 cannot be found in Hailo developer zone

I’m now using HailoRT v4.16.0 (The firmware version is 4.16.0). And the compatible version of TAPPAS is v3.27.0 Compatibility. But I cannot find v3.27.0 from Hailo developer zone.

Can I use other versions instead?
