M key offers four pcie lanes, B+M key offers 2 pcie lanes. Is a single Hailo-8 chip able to consume enough data such that m-key would benchmark higher than b+m key?
My use case is frigate, but additionally I see advantech has a dual hailo-8 chip pcie card that requires an x16 slot with 8x8 bifurcation. The extra compute seems cool even at the price point, but soaking up 16 lanes is a nonstarter for my purposes, and I’m curious if a single chip can even consume more than max 4 lane throughput.
More succinctly, how many lanes can one of these chips fully consume?
