The postprocessing in Damo-YOLO is different from other architectures. You can see a reference implementation here: hailo_examples/postprocessors/DamoYOLO/HailoDetectorDamoYOLO.py at main · DeGirum/hailo_examples. We integrated Damo-YOLO into our PySDK. We can help you get your model working if you are interested.
