I just started my AI kit and I had problems running the examples from the raspberry pi introduction page. Only one example was actually working. Mostly I get errors “*** no such node (hef_file) ***”.
I checked out the rpicam-apps repository. I have the Hailo8 chip installed and not the Hailo8L chip. Is this the reason for it ?

This seems like you didn’t download the resources , can you run the download resources that is attached to the example you are trying to run .
Well, I noticed another thread where the same problem has been discussed
Its a problem with rpi-cam repo. Master is too far ahead. If you check out a version of the repo from about 3 weeks ago it will all work. I left a bug report on rpi-cams github
