The postprocessing layers need to be excluded from the onnx file for compiling segmentation models successfully. You can look at the alls files in Hailo model zoo for details. Alternatively, you can use DeGirum’s cloud compiler to compile such models: Early Access to DeGirum Cloud Compiler
