Unable to locate package hailo-all

Hello,

I am going through the raspberrypi installation guide and am running into the below issue installing the hailo apps. As you can see, I already tried “apt update” and “apt full-update”. This is on otherwise a fresh install or bookworm 64-bit operating system.

Any idea whats going on? I am based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, if that matters for what deb packages I am finding through apt install.

Thank you!

user@raspberrypi1:~ $ sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade && sudo apt install hailo-all

E: Unable to locate package hailo-all

Hey @myles.iribarne,

Welcome to the Hailo Community!

Is this the official Raspberry Pi OS you’re using? The hailo-all package is only compatible with the RPi OS. If it is, try updating to the latest version of the OS and then repeat the steps you followed. That should resolve the issue.

I tried the same thing again this morning, and apt was able to find the hailo-all package! Everything is working now. Thank you!
