Title: Hailo-8 chip-down integration documentation

We are designing a custom CM5-based compute board with the industrial Hailo-8 HNC18BI11BH soldered directly to the PCB and connected over PCIe x1.

The public datasheet does not contain enough information to select all required support components. Could Hailo provide, under NDA if necessary:

  • Chip-down Hardware Integration/Board Design Guide

  • Reference schematic and BOM

  • Power-rail current, transient, sequencing and decoupling requirements

  • Clock, reset, boot-strap and PCIe sideband circuits

  • Verified BGA symbol/footprint and placement/layout requirements

We particularly need to determine which components used on the Hailo-8 M.2 module are mandatory for the Hailo-8 chip and which are M.2-specific.

Please also advise how to request a Hailo schematic and PCB design review.
