System freeze using Hailo8 PCIe card on a Beelink EQ14 N150 with Frigate container on Debian 13

I tested the driver 4.23 with the command:

sudo hailortcli run yolov11m.hef

the problem persist. Without support from developers I believe I shall give up using Hailo.
