I have been using my Hailo 8L since February. I performed the guide as on the Raspberry Pi website. All worked fine by apt installing hailo-all, then cloning the examples repo and running the install script. I ran all examples and was amazed at the speed and power effiency.
Recently, I have had to reinstall my Raspberry Pi. I followed the same installation guide, but it no longer works.
I have tried version 4.19, 4.20 and 4.21 but can not get any of them to work.
I can not get the 4.19 firmware anymore. It is no longer available in the developer zone.
Version 4.20 (the version that is installed when installing hailo-all) does not properly install the Python wheel, because it is no longer online and the install script fails.
Version 4.21 - The firmware I am using now can not be used to install the software by apt installing hailo-all
None of these versions result in a working system anymore and I am getting very angry and desperate. Why are previous versions no longer available? Why is Hailo not communicating with Raspberry Pi to make sure the presented guides are up to date? Is Arch64 no longer a priority? Did I buy a piece of hardware I will no longer be able to use?
Can someone please post a guide on how to get this working again? Thank you.
