We purchased the Hailo-15H SBC (Single Board Computer). While attempting recovery via UART for SPI Flash programming, we encountered the issue shown in the screenshots below.
We have been following the Hailo-15TM SBC Quick Start Guide and have double-checked both the boot mode settings and USB-to-UART cable connections. We also confirmed that we are using the latest version of the software package: hailo_vision_processor_sw_package_2025-04.01.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue or suggest proper debugging steps to identify the root cause?
