Hi,

I need the Hailo8 M.2 module schematic, I need to directly connect ic with processor, I have limited space as I can not connect module, so I need pcie pins of the Hailo8 ic to connect with processor and power pins as well.

Please Help !

Could you take a look at the Hailo8 datasheet? You can find it at https://hailo.ai/developer-zone/documentation/ - just navigate to the hardware section and select Hailo8.

I got the datasheet and pins of Hailo8 but I didn’t get any reference design shematic of pcie based module. Please help me to find reference design for pcie communication or hailo8 m2 module schematic.

We don’t publish full open reference design schematics for our PCIe modules (including the Hailo-8 M.2 or Mini-PCIe cards) in our public documentation. However, what we do provide should cover most integration needs:

What’s Available:

  1. Module-level block diagrams - These show the high-level connections between the AI processor, memory, and PCIe lanes. Check out the System-Level Block Diagram in the Hailo-10H M.2 Key M module datasheet. While this is for the 10H, the PCIe interface wiring follows standard M.2 Key M NGFF specs and is identical across our M.2 modules.

  2. Complete connector pinouts - Full pinout details for the M.2 Key M edge connector (PCIe Gen-3 x4), including all PET/n, PER/n, REFCLK, PERST#, CLKREQ#, PETWAKE#, and CONFIG pins. See Table 2 “PCIe Connector Pinout” on page 8 of the Hailo-10H datasheet - same pin assignments apply to Hailo-8 M.2 modules.

  3. Mechanical specifications - Detailed mechanical drawings and board layout outlines showing component keep-out zones and mounting positions. Check Figures 2 and 3 on pages 9-10 of the same datasheet.
