Hailo_hef_not_supported

I am trying to load the tiny_yolov4_license_plates.hef file on Hailo8 running on Ubuntu. I am getting the following error:
”2025-09-16 13:35:51,522 - **main** - ERROR - Failed to load model tiny_yolov4_license_plates: libhailort failed with error: 92 (HAILO_HEF_NOT_SUPPORTED)”

I am using HailoRT v4.22.0.
I managed to download a version for V2.16 for lprnet.hef but not for tiny_yolov4_license_plates.hef

I need both of these for Hailo8 on HailoRT4.22.0 please.
I have tried the link below and it gives me this:
