develop models in Hailo AI accelerator in Windows 11

Hi,

I have a main application running in Windows 11, and would like to incorporate Hailo AI accelerator for new algorithms. So the main app will send videos/images to Hailo AI for processing, while the latter return results to the main app.

What do I need to create a development environment for Hailo AI accelerator?
