Need Hailo v4.21

Hi,

I installed Hailort v4.23 but the application I am using it with, frigate requires v4.21.
I cant find v4.21, where is it to download?
This is for amd64 not rpi

Thanks, thought I tried the archive option and nothing showed up. I can see the files I need.
